Engineer-in-Training (EIT)

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) program is a program to introduce our employees to the Rockwell Automation technologies. EIT is a 16-week-long training program focused on the technical and professional development of our early careers.

JOB PURPOSE Responsible for the successful completion of the EIT trainee training program and meeting the requirements of an entry-level project engineer.

You’ll be able to :

§ Familiarize yourself with Rockwell Automation (RA) products and their application.

§ Complete project tasks based on the assigned work order.

§ Deliver and execute the assigned projects on time with a focus on good quality and cost-effectiveness to ensure customer satisfaction.

§ Continuously improve engineering capabilities and share best practices with team members to enhance the overall team capabilities.

§ Assist the Project Manager in resolving technical issues.

§ Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure customer requirements are met.

§ Ensure that all technical aspects defined in the sales proposal are fulfilled during project delivery.

§ Ensure that project implementation adheres to the SSB (System & Solutions Business) standard procedure.

§ Maximize the use of reusable standard products and engineering during project delivery.

The Essentials - You Will Have :

§ Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering.

§ 0 to 1+ years of experience in automation control systems programming and implementation.

§ Proficient in English (both verbal and written).

§ Basic familiarity with concepts such as Smart Factory, MES, ERP, or SCM is a plus.

§ Basic understanding of Computer Programming language.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have :

§ Intermediate level of Java programming: Prefer candidates with certifications or project experience.

§ Intermediate level of Java programming: Prefer candidates with certifications or project experience.

§ Intermediate level of Network: Prefer candidates with certifications such as CCNA or CCNP, or project experience.\

§ Intermediate level of Database: Prefer candidates with certifications such as MS SQL or Oracle, or project experience.

필수 사항 - 다음을 갖추어야 합니다.

§ 컴퓨터 과학 또는 산업 공학 학사 또는 석사 학위.

§ 자동화 제어 시스템 프로그래밍 및 구현 분야에서 0~1년 이상의 경험.

§ 영어에 능통(구두 및 서면 모두).
